Shipping destinations:

• At the moment The Quirky Home Co ships solely to the United Kingdom.

Shipping times:

• We stock items from a range of partners and the estimated delivery time varies for each partner. When browsing an item in our store please check the delivery information for the specific product to get an idea of how long it might take to arrive.

Shipping cost:

• Each of our partners sets their own shipping costs and this may vary product to product. When you add a product to your basket it will specify how much shipping will cost.

Additional Information:

• We have found the quirkiest of products from around the world to bring your homes to life! Since some of our items come from overseas it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to reach your door. Please note if you are ordering products from different Quirky Home Co partners, these products can arrive at different times.
  

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15-day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email hello@thequirkyhomeco.co.uk with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method where applicable - we will aim to ship your package within 2-5 business days.
